Describe your job in a tweet (i.e. up to 280 characters).
I have dual roles as Executive Director of 2 healthcare associations and Director of Meetings and Events at Affinity Strategies. I help my clients grow their association and offer their members top notch benefits. As the Meeting Director, I help my co-workers run and organize flawless virtual and in person conferences.

What was your favorite subject in school and why did you enjoy it?
Math, because it came easy to me.  I tried to go to nursing school and ended up with a finance degree.

What three words would friends use to describe you?
Social, fun, and organized

What is your proudest accomplishment?
My three children. There is nothing better than seeing them grow into young adults and succeed and wonder how did I create these amazing people?

Aside from necessities, what is one thing could you not go a day without?
Family. We don’t have a big family, but we are close. They are my everything and I could never live far from them. We have dinners together, vacations, holidays and all the milestone events in life together.

What was the last book you read and why did you enjoy (or not enjoy) it?
It has been so long, I cannot remember, really. I need to read a good book soon.

Who is your biggest influence and why?
My Dad. He was an educator, leader, provider, and an amazing person. He touched the lives of everyone he knew whether it be in his career or his personal life. He made me who I am today as a mother, sister, wife, and friend.

What song or album could you listen to on repeat?
It’s more of a station— Pandora Hair Bands Radio (has to be Pandora). It brings me back to some of the best years and memorable times.

What is something that you’ve always wanted to do but haven’t?
Go to Greece. I lived in Rome for a year in college and always regretted not getting to Greece.

What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?
That life isn’t always easy, but you become a better person for the obstacles you overcome
