I work for a management company that specializes in nonprofit healthcare management. We manage every aspect of our clients from emails to events. It is our job to go above and beyond for our clients to help them move forward with their mission. When our clients do well, we do well, and we continue to strive to grow our groups.
What was your favorite subject in school and why did you enjoy it?
Social studies because I love learning about history.
What three words would friends use to describe you?
Positive, outgoing, and generous
What is your proudest accomplishment?
Buying a home.
Aside from necessities, what is one thing could you not go a day without?
My cell phone as bad as that sounds.
What was the last book you read and why did you enjoy (or not enjoy) it?
The Customer Rules: The 39 Essential Rules for Delivering Exceptional Service by Lee Cockerell. It’s a very interesting book about customer service that I would recommend to everyone. We all deal with customers at some point in our lives.
Who is your biggest influence and why?
My mother, because she is the strongest and most caring person I know.
What song or album could you listen to on repeat?
“Let’s Groove” by Earth, Wind & Fire
What is something that you’ve always wanted to do but haven’t?
Travel to Europe, because I have not had enough guts or time to travel.
