Describe your job in a tweet (i.e. up to 280 characters).
My main focus is graphic design, from creating logos to formatting brochures, but I also help with meetings, webinars & other miscellaneous tasks!

What was your favorite subject in school and why did you enjoy it?
In art school, my favorites had to be typography and painting. Outside of the creative classes, I have always loved history.

What three words would friends use to describe you?
Empathetic, curious, passionate

What is your proudest accomplishment?
My proudest accomplishment was getting selected for the World Leaders Forum Scholarship in college. I was able to meet with prominent figures and leaders from all around the world from Her Majesty Queen Noor of Jordan to the former president of Mexico, Felipe Calderon.

Aside from necessities, what is one thing could you not go a day without?
I am getting back into yoga and it has been amazing! I have a chronic illness so working out can be difficult, but I always try to do at least 20 minutes of yoga each day to unwind, relax and find some gentle movement!

What was the last book you read and why did you enjoy (or not enjoy) it?
I just finished reading Be Here Now by Ram Dass. I think it will be one of those books I come back to over and over again. I always strive to find peace in the present. I found Ram Dass and his experiences to be incredibly insightful and full of great wisdom.

Who is your biggest influence and why?
My biggest influence has always been Lana Del Rey. I love the references to pop culture history in her music and how she portrays the struggles of womanhood in her lyrics. It’s so cool to see an artist that is wholeheartedly herself and who continues to express the positive and negative aspects of her personal journey to finding freedom.

What song or album could you listen to on repeat?
This changes on a weekly basis for me but lately I’ve had the album Depression Cherry by Beach House on repeat.

What is something that you’ve always wanted to do, but haven’t?
I love hiking and anything that involves nature so I would love to go on a backpacking trip one day

What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?
I always encourage others to be vulnerable and speak up about things that they have gone through without feeling fear. Vulnerability is at the root of deep human connection and I believe our world needs more of that.
